There is a common thread that runs throughout all the work of the Trinity Christian School family: a commitment to growing God’s kingdom one student at a time by equipping them to be disciples of Christ.
For 25 years, we have provided our students with an excellent education that prepares them mentally and spiritually for the future. Today, Trinity serves more than 200 students, representing more than 70 churches, in Pre-K through 8th grade. Our students come from Plainfield, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, Shorewood and other surrounding communities.
We offer a strong academic foundation taught from a biblical worldview. We also believe education extends beyond the basics and provide our students with a full array of electives including Spanish, PE, art, music and computers. Our middle school students also can select one elective per semester, choosing from journalism/yearbook, Spanish, music, drama, computers, art, Study Skills, Creation Astronomy or World War II.
Walk the hallways of our school and you’ll find small class sizes (our average is 16 and maximum is 24) and a place where God is lifted up each day in all we do. You will also find teachers and staff who desire to partner with parents to reinforce the Christian values taught in the home and church.
Our success can be seen in our students who often score in the top 15 percent nationally on standardized tests and go on to high school confident, academically prepared and ready to stand up for what they believe in when faced with life’s challenges.
